Start with what drivers see
Walk your property in daylight and note where markings are difficult to distinguish. Look at parking stalls, direction arrows, pedestrian crossings, and designated areas. Photograph the places where people seem unsure where to go.

Check the surface, too
New paint is only one part of pavement care. Make a separate list of cracks, potholes, standing water, and damaged wheel stops. Those concerns may need assessment before repainting.

Create a clear scope
Decide whether you need a refresh of the current layout or a review of how the lot works. Bring that distinction, your site address, and your operating hours to the estimate conversation.
General planning guidance, not legal advice. Your property’s conditions and project requirements should be reviewed individually.
