Answers to help you plan your pavement project.
What information do I need for an estimate?
Share the property address, the type of work, your preferred timing, and a few notes about the lot. Photos and an existing layout can help define the scope. A site visit may be needed before a final price is prepared.
Can you repaint the lines already on my lot?
Existing markings are a useful starting point. The layout and pavement condition should be reviewed first, especially if you want to change parking spaces or traffic flow.
How much does parking lot striping cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the lot, number and type of markings, preparation, and site access. A property-specific scope is the best way to get a useful estimate.
How long before vehicles can use the lot?
Reopening time depends on the product, weather, surface condition, and work performed. Ask for a project-specific reopening plan and keep traffic off the work area until it is released.
Can the work be scheduled around business hours?
Include your operating hours and any busy periods in your request. Scheduling and phased work can be discussed as part of the project plan, subject to availability and site conditions.
Do fresh markings make my lot ADA compliant?
Paint alone does not establish accessibility compliance. Layout, signs, slopes, access routes, and other site conditions may need professional review. Any required plans and approvals should be confirmed before marking begins.
Which areas do you serve?
The site is focused on Sacramento and surrounding communities, including Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, Antelope, and West Sacramento. Include the address in your request so service availability can be confirmed.
Is sealcoating the same as repairing asphalt?
No. Sealcoating is a surface treatment. Cracks, potholes, drainage issues, or structural damage may need separate assessment and repairs before coating is considered.
When should a Sacramento parking lot be restriped?
Request a review when stalls, arrows, crossings, or designated areas are difficult to identify from inside a vehicle or have poor contrast during normal operating conditions. There is no universal interval because traffic, sun, pavement condition, cleaning, and materials affect wear.
Does fresh paint make a California parking lot compliant?
No. Paint alone does not establish compliance. Accessible parking can involve spaces, access aisles, signs, slopes, dimensions, and an accessible route. Fire lanes and other regulated markings may also require an approved layout and local review.
